Go up the A1 past Stevenage, Biggleswade and Sandy until you reach the junction for the B645 signed for Higham Ferrers and Hail Weston - This is the junction AFTER the Cambridge junction on the A1.

Follow the B645 to Great Staughton (approx 4 miles) Go into Great Staughton until you reach a sharp right-hand bend with a turning off it to the left. Take this left turn (effectively straight on). This is signed for Pertenhall.

Follow this road, past a church (on your left) and then out into the country. After c1mile you will come to a left turn for Little Staughton- DO NOT TAKE THIS. Keep going until you see a second sign for Little Staughton to the left on a staggered crossroads. Take this turn.

Follow the road for c1/2 mile; you will go past 2 farm cottages on your right and then a farm. Keep going and you will see on your right hand side some post and rail paddocks and then a long tarmac drive. This is Lodge Farm (sign is on the gate). If you go into the village you have gone too far.

Follow the drive up to the house.

Go East along the A14 until you reach the Catworth turn off (I think it is also signed to Kimbolton). Come off the A14 and the road bears round to the left and you reach a T junction after about 200 yds.

Turn left at the T junction towards Kimbolton and Catworth. Stay on this road until it ends - approx 3 miles.

At next T junction turn left and you will come to Kimbolton - drive through Kimbolton and head out the other side; you will go around a sharp left hand bend and then a sharp right (these bends take you around the school). After the right bend you will see the school and Astroturf pitches on your right - keep going for another 200yds and you will come to a right turn signed for Bedford and Pertenhall (basically first right after the school).

Follow this road for approx 1.5 miles - you will go up a hill and once you start coming down the hill you will see a left turn at the bottom of the hill - Pertenhall Road. Take this left and go to the end of the road (c1mile).

At the crossroads go straight over towards Little Staughton. You will pass two farm cottages on your right followed by a farm. Once you have passed the farm keep going and after 100yds you will see on your right some post and rail paddocks with horses in the fields - this is us. Keep going along the road with the paddocks on the right and you will come to our drive - Lodge Farm.
